Stephen J. Wesolick is an attorney with over 16 years experience, having developed a diverse civil practice handling business and commercial transactions, civil litigation, and personal legal affairs.

Mr. Wesolick has extensive experience related to organizing and operating business entities, buying or selling companies, contract negotiations, commercial financing, real estate acquisitions and commercial leases, protecting technology rights, and employment-related matters.  Additional experience includes domestic relations (divorce, custody, child support), wills and probate.

Mr. Wesolick's litigation experience, in state and federal courts, includes business torts and corporate disputes, tort claims, technology and intellectual property actions, landlord/tenant disputes, construction defects, real estate disputes, bank representation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy.

Finally, Mr. Wesolick is proud to be affiliated with the Alliance Defense Fund, a national organization committed to defending religious liberty and free speech rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  His services in this area, which are frequently provided on a pro bono basis, are offered to indviduals, ministries, and policy leaders.

Lisa Wesolick, Business Dir.
Lisa Wesolick has a background in corporate training and human resources. Her contributions to the firm as Business Director include administration, firm marketing, strategic planning and community service. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University (B.A. 1985) where she was a Kappa Delta. Her current activities outside of the firm include Women's Networking, Zonta, Junior Achievement and Pennington County Republican Women where she is serving as First Vice President. She is also a lifetime member of the national PTA, reflecting her commitment and contributions to improving educational opportunities for children at the campus level. Lisa may be contacted at LisaWesolick@aol.com.
